Logging In to Fitizens.com
You need to Log-In to Fitizens.com with your username and password. They are both Case Sensitive.
Forgotten Password
If you forgot your password, you can click Forgotten Password on the login block on fitizens.com. This will email you a one time login. Once you login to your account, you will want to go to "My Admin Page". Then click "Update My Account" > "Edit" and you can save a new password for future logins.

Fans
I don't have a "Become a fan" link on my page but other people do. How can I get it?
You do have a "Become a Fan" link on your page. You can not see it because you can not be a fan of yourself. Other people can see it as long as they aren't already a fan of yours. If you log out and then go back to your page, you will see that the "Become a Fan" box appears on your page.
Testimonials
How do I add testimonials?
You add testimonials once you are logged in - go to the page of the person you are trying to write a testimonial for- then click "leave a testimonial"

These are so that you can vote on the content you read. Do you like the article? Is it useful? Then give it a thumbs up!

Login and then you can ask a Question from your "My Admin Page."

Only experts can answer your questions. You can check back frequently as additional experts may weigh-in on their thoughts. Be sure to read a bit about the expert to get a feel for their background/expertise which they bring to the table.
Pictures
I downloaded some photos, but they do not show up...what do I do?
Were you sure to "Submit" your photos after you "Uploaded" them?
Profile Pictures
I am having trouble uploading my profile picture.. Help!
When you upload your picture you will want to "Submit" the picture and then "Submit" the Profile. If you do only one of the two then the photo won't show up. Also, you can only upload a jpeg or a gif photo.
How do I remove the picture I have for my profile?
Login and go to My Admin Page..On the left side, click "Update my profile" and that is where you can make this change..If you need further help let us know!
Schedules (Experts Only)
I am having a hard time setting the times on my schedule. Help!
All you have to do is type over the time that is provided. So, if it says 15:45, just delete that and type the correct time. Please type it in 24 hour clock. It will show up in the 12-hour clock, though.
