Is it as complicated as the "diet gurus" make out?
You tell me after you have tried these 7 steps!:
1. Eat whole, unprocessed organic foods, as close to their natural state as possible
2. Eat high nutrient density food choices instead of nutrient deficient processed foods
3. Eat fruits and vegetables (lots of vegetables) as your main source of carbohydrates
4. Eat moderate amounts of high quality protein at each meal
5. Maintain a high fiber intake to help both appetite and glycemic control (balance blood sugar)
6. Eat a healthy fat intake from nuts, seeds, organic eggs, avocados, etc (helps appetite control and hormonal balance)
7. Don't overeat at any one sitting. Wait 20 min. If you are still hungry, eat some more. More often than not, appetitie subsides!
Remember FAT = Frequency - Amount - Type (of food)
Let's keep it simple!
