New Developments under the JSE Roof!

2008 has already been quite a success for John Spencer Ellis Enterprises and its subsidiaries.

NESTA finalized their PFT 2.0 with Polar. This certification program is the first of its kind in the health and fitness industry. By integrating Polar technology into the program, personal trainers will be able to track the progress of their clients during each workout and over a period of time. The PFT 2.0 was showcased at the IHRSA trade show in March in San Diego. It was met with much praise from health and fitness professional as well as club owners and managers. The PFT 2.0 received its accreditation from the NCCA in March, acknowledging that this program has met the high standards put forth in the industry. Adventure Boot Camp continues to grow with having had two live workshops at JSE headquarters this year so far. The workshops were filmed to make DVD copies to include in training packets, making it easier for trainers who want to open their own camp, but find it an inconvenience to travel to be at our corporate offices for a 3-day training workshop. Our local camps continue to sell out with every session. We have a high number of repeat campers who keep coming back for more. In March, we paired up with Adidas for a special Boot Camp session at the Irvine Spectrum. About 70 brave ladies sacrificed a Saturday sleep-in to come work out with John Spencer Ellis. They all had a great time and got a special sneak peak at the new line of Adidas apparel- the store was opened early specially for them. John has been working on several other ventures all in the realm of health and wellness. There are two trips on the horizon for John Spencer Ellis as well. In April, he embarks on a 5-day Adventure Boot Camp cruise to Mexico. Participants will take part in 5 days of exercise, workshops, and lectures all while enjoying the luxury and pampering of a QueensLander Cruise. The second trip is to the Windy City, Chicago from May 9 to May 10 for The Big Sleep convention. John will be giving a keynote speech on the implications of lack of sleep and how very important it is to our health and well being to get adequate rest. John Spencer Ellis Enterprises is growing and we couldn’t be happier. Since the beginning of 2008, several new people have been hired to join our dynamic team.
