Question from Allie Stone: I have a friend who swears by the P90X fitness program (this is produced by beachbody.com). I've seen an infomercial on it, and it looked a bit cheesy, but he's adamant that it really produces results. If you're familiar with the program, do you think it's a good investment?
Answer from Bonne Marano: I was fortunate enough to review the P90X DVD series for an article I wrote and I truly enjoyed it. While Tony Horton acts a little silly, he is so likeable and the workouts rock. It is worth the investment!
