We're all so familiar with Snow White, and the Queen constantly gazing into the mirror to wonder if she was the fairest of them all. I didn't want to know the answer to that question. My self esteem was horrible, and it was a long time before I felt confident enough to really look at myself. The change did not happen overnight. It was gradual. I kept with my program of exercise and lifestyle changes, and as I worked out more and more, I found that looking in the mirror was actually helpful to the process. So, at first it was a quick look, then relatively longer, and now, I feel like the Queen always looking, but I don't care if I'm the fairest of them all. I know I'm the best that I can be today. I continue to improve all the time, and I love who I am, and how far I've come. Mirror, mirror...How do you see yourself?
