Answer from Fuller Movement Center: As for diet cut out refined sugars and stick to protein and vegetables. Eat whole grains. No white carbs. And lots and lots of water! Exercise, try to find a bootcamp or circuit training class in your area and make sure you get in different styles of cardio at least 3 to 4 times a week. Happy Hunting.
