I love Ellen Barretts videos. Before I was even an instructor, I saw a few of them. She has a great disposition and a voice that you can listen to over and over- plus her stuff works! It energizes you and makes you feel great.
I agree Debra! I have several of Ellen's dvds & dvr'd her Allstar Workout from FiTV & I've been able to incorporate some of her great moves into my classes! ~Alicia ;)
