Question from Meryl Hamerman: If I eat a balanced diet do I still need to take vitamin supplements? Please advise. Thanks.

Answer from Fuller Movement Center: Absolutely! Even when we eat only fruits and vegetables we still don't get enough nutrients. Through the cooking process, and pesticides that are used our food is depleted of proper nutrition. It's best to find a liquid supplement or powder shake supplement that can be absorbed quickly. Pills don't always provide the best absorption. And when you can buy local, fresh and organic!

Answer from Nicole Ohebshalom: This is a great question. If you are already healthy then learning to have a well balanced diet using organic foods will give your body a great amount of nutrients. It's always helpful to have a supplement as a back-up. If you do have a supplement make it a whole food vitamin instead of iso. I just wrote an article on exactly your question.
