I've been working out with the Stretch and press portable gym at home and noticed when I went back to the local gym to work out I was a little stronger and maybe built up more confident in using conventional weight traing. But the reason I stop going to the gym in the first place is I got pend down bench pressing and I'm terrified of weights over my head. my question is whats the differents in working out with conventional and unconventional form of weight training.
